Thank you all so much for viewing and liking the Iron Man Sketch card. It means a lot that so many of you took the time to look at it and actually like it. I always hope that my artwork is able to reach people, and it feels good to know that it does. Thank you all as well for your great comments!  I try to say thanks to everyone, but unfortunately there were so many that I wasn’t able, so I just wanted to say thank you!

I haven't had a lot of time to say thank you to all the people that have been coming by and viewing my work.  My job and other freelance commitments have kept me really busy.  So, I just wanted to send out my appreciation for all of those that are taking the time to look around, save some favorites, and comment.  It means a lot and I hope you will all keep coming back.  I will have a lot more to post in the near future: comic art, sketch cards, etc..

I haven't updated my journal for quite some time, mostly due to the fact of my increasing artistic workload (which is not a bad problem to have ).  For the last few months I have been mostly working on artwork for trading cards and card games.  I recently added some artwork for a card game called Hell's Quest to my gallery which I was commissioned for starting in late August/early September.  Most of these were depictions of mythological figures and beasts, and I enjoyed doing this project quite a lot.  I am a huge fan of mythology, especially books with great illustrations.  My favorite were books by the D'aulaire family and books by Padraic Colum, illustrated by Willy Pogany.  Both of these groups of books are amazing!  The D'aulaire books introduced me to mythology when I was younger, and I graduated into the Colum/Pogany books as I got a little older.  I would suggest if you haven't read any of these books by either author, please check them out, you won't be disappointed.  Once I was done with the Hell's Quest cards, I did several cards for a major card company on one of their superhero lines.  I hope to get approval from them soon so that I can share this artwork here and on my other social media pages.  I am very excited about this work.  That's all for now.  Thanks for supporting my work.
